2 Cups White Flour
2 Tsp Dry Yeast
1 Tsp Salt
¾ Cup Lukewarm Milk
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tomato, Blended
Oregano, Based on Preference
Onion, Cut, Based on Preference
Garlic, Cut, Based on Preference
Olives, Cut, Based on Preference
Salted Tuna, Smoked, Based on Preference
Cocoyam Leaves, Based on Preference
Mozzarella Cheese, Based on Preference
Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Cut, Based on Preference

In a bowl, add white flour, yeast, salt, lukewarm milk, oil and knead using kneading attachment in kitchen machine for 5 mins.
Cover and store kneaded dough in a warm place for 1 hr
On a surface, sprinkle flour and roll pizza dough.
On the pizza dough, add blended tomato, oregano, onion, garlic, olives, salted tuna, cocoyam leaves, mozzarella cheese and scotch bonnet pepper.
Bake at 200°C for 12 mins
